SPRING 2015:

Herb Study Evenings – Monthly throughout 2015

Heather, a fellow herbalist and I, host monthly herb tasting sessions.¬† These evenings are run at one of our homes.¬† Each month we choose a different herb.¬† You do not know what the herb is in advance.¬† Before tasting the herb, we spend some time doing some mindfulness exercises to get us “into our bodies” and shed whatever stress we have brought with us.¬† Then we drink a tea made from the herb and spend some time listening with our intuition and our bodily sensations, to try to discern the healing properties.¬† This is always an enlightening experience!¬†¬† Whatever happens, you go away with a deeper connection to the plant and hopefully an ally for the rest of your life.

Next herb tasting event is Thursday April 23rd, 2015, in Chapletown at Heather’s house: 4 St Johns Court, Sholebroke Ave, Leeds, LS7 3HD
