Providing Equal Access to Complementary  Healthcare

Intouch therapies CIC where I work in Leeds,  has been awarded a grant by the Big Lottery Fund to provide free complementary healthcare to those affected by poverty in LS6, 7, 8 and 9. The project aims to improve the health and well-being of residents within this community, and will work with people on a low income and in receipt of benefits.

We are working with local organisations including Connect Well and Feelgood Factor, to identify people in the area who are most in need of a range of services, including Aromatherapy, Clinical and Remedial Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique, Herbal Medicine, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Massage for relaxation, Physiotherapy, Post-natal Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Psychotherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Women’s Pelvic Health and Yoga Therapy. All treatments are conducted by fully qualified, fully insured, experienced therapists.

You can contact us directly to see if you or someone you know may be eligible for free treatment. For more information please contact:

Jessica Morris

Admin hours for the project are limited, so if Jessica isn’t available, please be patient and she will get back to you ASAP.

The funding will allow us to provide 240 sessions throught the year. Availability is therefore limited, and will depend on how many clients we have already seen.

Project PEACH will run until April 2018 and will work in parallel with In Touch’s existing voluntary project working with refugees and asylum seekers.
