About our supplements
Are Kindnature supplements safe for kids?
Several of our products are suitable for children 4+, including our B2 Riboflavin 400mg gummies — the same dose used in the Condò 2009 pediatric migraine study. Each product page lists age suitability clearly.
Always consult your pediatrician before starting any new supplement for a child, especially if they have existing health conditions or take other medications.
Why does Kindnature use such high doses?
Because the clinical research uses high doses, and we believe supplements should match what actually works.
Example: the landmark Schoenen 1998 migraine study used 400mg of Riboflavin daily. The Köseoglu 2008 study used 600mg of Magnesium daily. Most off-the-shelf supplements contain only 1.7mg of B2 and 200mg of Magnesium — doses too small to move the needle.

Are your supplements vegan?
Yes — almost all KIND NATURE gummies are 100% vegan. We use a pectin-based gummy formulation (no gelatin), and our flavors and colors come from natural fruit and vegetable sources.
The one exception is our Manuka Honey Gummies, which contain real Manuka honey — not vegan, but still vegetarian.
Every product is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from artificial colors, flavors, and high-fructose corn syrup.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party lab for potency, purity, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial contamination, and allergens. Manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities.
Can I take multiple Kindnature supplements together?
Yes, our products are designed to work together. For migraine prevention specifically, our recommended stack is B2 Riboflavin 400mg + 2-in-1 Magnesium 1400mg + L-Theanine 200mg.
If you take prescription medications or have a chronic condition, check with your doctor before combining supplements.
Where are your supplements manufactured?
Our supplements are manufactured at an ISO 22000 and HACCP-certified facility with strict quality controls. Every batch is third-party tested by an accredited lab for potency, purity, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial contamination, and allergens.
Getting your order
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 3–5 business days. Orders ship from our warehouse within 24–48 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday).
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally and will announce availability via our email list.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
You can also view all your orders and tracking info from your account dashboard.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
Email support@kindnature.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet (typically within 24 hours of ordering), we can update the address, modify the items, or cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose how often you want a refill — every 1, 2, or 3 months. We ship automatically a few days before you finish your last bottle. You save 15% off every order.
No commitment. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, click Manage Subscriptions, and you'll see options to skip the next shipment, change delivery frequency, pause, or cancel anytime.
Need help? Email support@kindnature.com and we'll handle any changes within 24 hours.
When will my subscription be charged?
You're charged on the day your subscription order ships, on the same date each cycle. You'll receive an email 3 days before each shipment so you have time to skip, pause, or modify your order.
Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
Yes. From your account dashboard, you can add or remove products from any active subscription. Changes apply to your next shipment, not the one in transit.
Our guarantee
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email support@kindnature.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund.
You don't need to return the product — just let us know what didn't work for you so we can keep improving.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. The refund typically appears in your account 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank or card issuer.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry that happened. Email support@kindnature.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge.
Managing your account
How do I update my shipping address?
Log in to your account dashboard and click Addresses. You can update your default shipping address, which applies to your next subscription shipment and any future one-time orders.
For a one-time change to a specific order, email support@kindnature.com before the order ships.
How do I update my payment method?
From your account, navigate to Payment methods. Add a new card or update the existing one. The change applies to your next subscription charge.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes (check spam if you don't see it).
Can I see my order history?
Yes — log in to your account and click Orders to see your full order history, tracking info, and downloadable receipts.
